6. Safer Working Practices Beyond Appointment
This module will teach you how to continue safer recruitment practices after hiring a new employee. You will learn the importance of induction training, monitoring and supervision for new staff and volunteers and how to maintain the safer recruitment process post-employment. Additionally, this module will cover low-level concerns and the reporting procedures for any issues arising with new staff after appointment.
